Welcome to Prosper
Peace, privacy, and space north of the city
From the expansive, custom homes of Christie Farms to the range of residential styles and sizes in peaceful Gentle Creek, Prosper offers a wealth of options to those seeking a new abode in pastoral Texas. In a fresh, new boutique community, residents enjoy peaceful surroundings yet still have access to all the amenities they could want. North of downtown Dallas and northeast of downtown Fort Worth, Prosper allows easy access to both metropolitan areas while promising a sparsely populated community to call home.
What to Love
Local Lifestyle
There’s truly something for every taste in Prosper. Families can choose from 900-acre communities such as Star Trail, with homes crafted by some of the best builders in the region and highly acclaimed Prosper Independent School District schools, or the master-planned community of Lakes of LaCima, with parks, playgrounds, a splash pool, and more.
Perhaps Whitley Place is more your style, again with excellent schools, a broad range of home prices, and a beautiful natural setting around Wilson Creek. In Windsong Ranch, everything is connected by sidewalks and hiking and biking trails, making for a perfectly walkable, community-centric village feel. And in Highland Meadows, a well-kept Prosper secret, vast, 4,000-square-foot (or more) homes cater to those hoping for the most luxurious of residences. With amenities such as community swimming pools, neighborhood parks and playgrounds, jogging paths, private lakes, and homeowners associations, each pocket village in Prosper feels like a small town unto itself.
